2. AI Analysis Limitations

The AI-powered analysis features in Signodex are built on Anthropic’s Claude language model. While powerful, AI models have significant limitations that users must understand:

• AI Can Be Wrong: AI models generate responses based on patterns in training data and the market data provided to them. They can produce confident-sounding analysis that is factually incorrect, misinterprets signals, or fails to account for relevant context.
• No Real-Time Awareness: AI analysis is based on data points at the time of request. The model has no awareness of breaking news, sudden market events, regulatory announcements, or geopolitical developments that occur after the analysis is generated.
• Data Latency: Market data feeds may have delays ranging from seconds to minutes depending on the data source and asset class. AI analysis based on delayed data may not reflect current market conditions.
• Cache Limitations: To optimize performance, identical analysis requests are cached for up to 15 minutes. Cached responses reflect market conditions at the time of the original request, not the current moment.
• Technical Failures: AI systems, APIs, and data pipelines can experience outages, errors, or degraded performance. Signodex makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability of AI analysis features.
• Model Biases: Like all AI systems, our models may have biases based on their training data. Patterns prevalent in historical data may not reflect emerging market structures or newly listed assets.

3. Market Risk

All financial markets involve substantial risk. Investing and trading in cryptocurrencies, equities, precious metals, and foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may receive back less than you invest.

Cryptocurrency markets in particular are characterized by extreme volatility, limited regulatory oversight in many jurisdictions, susceptibility to market manipulation, and the risk of total loss of capital. Leverage and margin trading magnify both gains and losses.

Before investing, you should carefully consider your financial objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. If you do not understand the risks involved or if you cannot afford to lose all the money you invest, you should not participate in these markets.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Market data displayed on Signodex is sourced from third-party providers including CoinGecko, Binance, Yahoo Finance, metals-api.com, and exchangerate-api.com. While we strive to display accurate data, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this information.

Third-party data providers may experience outages, publish erroneous data, or have discrepancies compared to other market data sources. Signodex performs reasonable validation of data but cannot detect all errors in real time. You should cross-reference critical price information with multiple sources, particularly for high-stakes decisions.

Signodex expressly disclaims any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any market data, AI analysis, or technical indicators displayed on the platform.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Signodex operates with awareness of applicable financial regulations and endeavors to design its AI outputs to comply with relevant frameworks:

• MiFID II (EU): In compliance with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II, all AI analysis is explicitly labeled as informational content only and does not constitute a personal recommendation or investment research as defined under MiFID II.
• SPK — Turkey (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu): In accordance with Turkish Capital Markets law, our AI outputs do not constitute investment advice (yatırım tavsiyesi) under SPK regulations. Users in Turkey are specifically advised to consult a licensed investment institution (aracı kurum) for personalized investment advice.
• General Investment Regulations: Users are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to their use of market data and AI analysis in their jurisdiction. Some features or data types may not be available or may be restricted in certain countries.
